Everything you're curious about PVAGE — setup, features, data security and more.
PVAGE is a cloud-based software that enables solar energy companies to manage proposal generation, project planning, site management, and customer processes all from a single platform.
PVAGE is designed for solar energy installation companies, EPC firms, site survey teams, sales teams, and energy consultants.
PVAGE is not just a design tool. It is an integrated management software that combines rooftop analysis, proposal management, task tracking, customer management, and project workflow management in a single platform.
Both. PVAGE belongs to the category people search for as solar software, solar design software, PV software or a solar app. It brings solar panel design, solar proposal software, solar project management and solar CRM together in a single web application.
Yes. Sales, design, field and accounting teams work on the same customer and project record. There are administrator, user and viewer roles; three-layer permissions at module, menu and in-screen capability level; a shared task list, task assignment and staff assignment in the work schedule. Multi-user use is offered in the Custom plan.
Yes. PVAGE is mobile-friendly and runs in the browser on computers, tablets and phones without installing a separate app. The roof and ground-mount design screens also adapt to small screens: the side menu collapses and the design toolbars rearrange to fit. On site, a phone or tablet can be used to fill in the survey form, add photos, check the work schedule and show the design to the customer.
Yes. With PVAGE's map module, you can measure rooftop areas in square meters, plan panel layouts, and perform preliminary project analysis.
Yes. Once the roof is drawn to scale, modules are placed automatically in portrait, landscape or both, and a whole surface can be filled in one step. Edge setbacks and walkways at set intervals are defined, and obstacles such as chimneys and antennas are added with their heights. After automatic placement, modules can be added manually, copied, grouped and rotated. Stringing and inverter selection are then done on the same roof.
Yes. PVAGE supports shade analysis based on rooftop location and environmental factors, helping to estimate energy production.
Yes. With PVAGE's advanced 3D module, you can visualize project areas in three dimensions and deliver more intuitive presentations to clients.
Select the rooftop, calculate the system, generate the proposal automatically, and export it as a PDF. Professional proposals can be prepared in minutes.
Yes. Generated proposals can be downloaded in PDF format or sent to clients with a single click.
No. PVAGE is cloud-based and accessible from any device with an internet connection.
Yes. PVAGE can be used on laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
Yes. You can create different users within your company for sales, site survey, or management teams.
No. PVAGE does not charge per project, design or proposal and does not use a credit system. Plans are based on the number of users and modules, so you do not need to count projects or proposals in your day-to-day work.
Yes. PVAGE includes work calendar, task scheduling, and personal calendar management features.
Yes. PVAGE offers a free 7-day demo for companies.
Simply fill out the company registration form on the website. Your demo account will be set up shortly.
Yes. Basic training and support for platform usage are provided during the demo period.
Yes. PVAGE users receive technical support and regular update services.
Yes. Each company works in its own database; your data is never pooled with other companies' data. Personal fields such as national ID and tax numbers and contract content are stored encrypted, authorisation is enforced on the server side, and backups are encrypted and kept in remote storage.
Yes. You can access your account from anywhere as long as you have an internet connection.
It reduces proposal preparation time, minimizes field errors, accelerates sales, and allows you to manage all processes from a single platform.
PVAGE brings customer management and engineering software under one roof. Site survey data feeds the design; the panel count and bill of materials from the design feed the proposal; and the approved proposal feeds the contract, work schedule and warehouse issue on the same record. Data is not re-entered across separate tools, and 3D roof and ground-mount design, off-grid and agricultural calculations and website lead acquisition tools are all on the same platform.
Yes. The proposal is sent through a link unique to your customer. The customer reviews the document in the browser and approves it or rejects it with a note; the decision is recorded with its date and reason. Expired links close automatically, and the 3D scene of the roof or ground-mount design can be added to the link.
Yes. When the customer opens the proposal link sent to them, this is visible to the company. You can therefore track whether the proposal has been reviewed and follow up at the right time. The customer's approval or rejection also reaches the company instantly.
Yes. Proposal and proforma documents can be produced entirely in English. Turkish lira, US dollar and euro are supported, with current Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye exchange rates retrieved automatically. For export transactions, the proforma includes fields such as customs exit, origin, delivery terms and delivery time.
Yes. Product datasheets are uploaded to the system once and catalogued. When preparing a proposal, the relevant datasheets are selected and added to the proposal document; the selection is stored with the proposal permanently and preserved when it is edited later.
Yes. A solar feasibility calculator, an advanced solar configurator, and air-conditioner and heat-pump capacity calculators can be embedded on your company website. Requests arrive with the visitor's roof area, bill and appliance information and go straight into your lead list, and you are notified by email of each new request.
Yes. The off-grid module sizes panels, batteries and inverters from the appliance list, simultaneity, start-up current and days of autonomy, and produces a battery wiring diagram. The agricultural energy module calculates the panel arrangement, motor current and fuse recommendation from pump power, well depth and cable length.
Yes. In the system and financial analysis module, production and consumption are compared hour by hour and savings are calculated under hourly netting, which has applied in Türkiye since 2026 to unlicensed plants other than residential subscribers. Savings under hourly and monthly netting are shown side by side for the same system, the effect of adding a battery is calculated, and the results are carried into the proposal document and the financial analysis report.
Yes. Drawing sheets such as the single-line diagram, earthing plan and general plant layout plan are generated automatically from rooftop design and ground-mount (mounting structure) design and exported as PDF and DXF; the DXF file can be opened and edited in CAD programs such as AutoCAD. The drawings rely on the same data as the panel layout, stringing and inverter selection in the design. Drawings used in an official application must be reviewed and approved by an authorised engineer.
Yes. Containerised battery energy storage systems (BESS) are placed in the ground-mount (mounting structure) design in the same 3D scene as the panel platforms, and the storage capacity is calculated. Container batteries are added to the proposal and shown on drawing sheets such as the single-line diagram and general layout plan.
No. PVAGE produces the mounting bill of materials and foundation sizing and provides a pre-suitability check covering buckling, bending, deflection and shear. This check is a preliminary engineering assessment and does not replace an approved structural engineering project.
Personal fields are written to the database in encrypted form. The privacy policy, terms of use and the KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law) notice are presented in the application; consents given and withdrawn are recorded with date and IP address, and data subject requests are tracked in the system.
